Madrid, 29 de septiembre de 2025 — El lunes 29 de septiembre, a las 18:00, la Biblioteca Municipal Iván de Vargas de Madrid acogió un acto público con motivo del tercer aniversario del movimiento “Mujer, Vida, Libertad”, una lucha histórica que comenzó en Irán y que desde entonces ha inspirado a mujeres y hombres en todo el mundo.
La conmemoración puso de relieve la resistencia continua del pueblo iraní —liderada por mujeres— frente a la teocracia islamista gobernante, y su lucha por la igualdad, las libertades y una democracia laica.
Narges Mohammadi, Premio Nobel de la Paz 2023, se dirigió en directo al público desde su apartamento en Teherán. En su intervención, rindió homenaje al coraje de las mujeres en Irán y en todo Oriente Medio que siguen encabezando la lucha por la justicia, la dignidad y la democracia, pese a años de encarcelamiento, represión y censura.
También intervinieron:
Dra. Majede Bozorgi, Secretaria de AIPDHE (Asociación Iraní Pro-Derechos Humanos en España), quien habló sobre “El futuro de los derechos de las mujeres en Irán”.
Beatriz Martos Vergara, representante de Amnistía Internacional España, quien expuso la situación actual de los derechos humanos en Irán.
Hamid Hosseini, portavoz de AIPDHE, quien reflexionó sobre el movimiento “Mujer, Vida, Libertad”: antes y después.

Queridos amigos, honorable pueblo de España,
Hoy es para mí un gran honor dirigirme a ustedes. Como activista de derechos humanos y defensora de la paz que ha pasado más de diez años de su vida en las prisiones de la República Islámica de Irán por sus creencias y actividades, quiero compartir con ustedes un relato: el relato de mujeres que, en Irán y en toda esta región, se han levantado por la libertad y la dignidad humana.
El majestuoso movimiento “Mujer, Vida, Libertad”, que se encendió tras el asesinato de Estado de Mahsa (Jina) Amini, no es solo un levantamiento social, sino una revolución cultural y humana. Este movimiento demostró que las mujeres en Irán no han querido ser espectadoras de la historia; ellas son quienes la construyen. Mujeres que, en las calles, universidades, fábricas e incluso dentro de las cárceles, se han mantenido firmes gritando que la libertad es un derecho inherente al ser humano. Una lucha que lleva 46 años en curso.
El papel de las mujeres en el camino hacia la democracia en Irán y en la región es insustituible. Ellas siempre han sido el primer objetivo y las principales portadoras de los costos del despotismo, la guerra y la discriminación, y al mismo tiempo han estado entre las primeras en alzar las banderas de la resistencia, la lucha y el anhelo de libertad. Desde Táhere Qorratolain hasta Qamar-ol-Moluk Vaziri, desde Homa Darabi hasta Mahsa Amini, Ahoo Daryayi y Parastoo Ahmadi, las mujeres en el Irán de hoy no luchan únicamente por sus propios derechos, sino por una sociedad igualitaria y justa para todo el pueblo.
Querido pueblo de España,
Ustedes también han vivido en su historia días semejantes. Su lucha contra la dictadura de Franco, la resistencia de las mujeres durante la Guerra Civil y sus incansables esfuerzos por la transición hacia la democracia han inspirado a todas las naciones que combaten por la libertad. Así como las mujeres españolas del siglo XX estuvieron en la primera línea de la lucha contra el fascismo y en el camino hacia la democracia, hoy las mujeres iraníes —con las manos vacías pero con corazones llenos de esperanza y fe— luchan contra la tiranía y la discriminación.
No olvidemos que la paz y la libertad solo se vuelven duraderas cuando las mujeres, como la mitad de la sociedad, tienen una presencia activa en las estructuras de poder y de toma de decisiones. El movimiento “Mujer, Vida, Libertad” transmite un mensaje universal: no se trata únicamente de Irán, sino de nuestro futuro compartido —un futuro en el que ninguna niña sea asesinada por su vestimenta o creencias, ninguna madre sea encarcelada por reclamar justicia, y ninguna nación sea privada de la dignidad humana por la tiranía.
Les pido a ustedes, pueblo de España, que sean la voz de las mujeres iraníes —una voz que el régimen autoritario intenta acallar, pero que cada día se hace más fuerte. Así como ustedes se dieron esperanza en los tiempos más duros de su historia, hoy también pueden, con solidaridad y apoyo, mantener viva la esperanza de las mujeres y hombres de Irán que se han levantado para lograr la transición de la tiranía religiosa a la democracia.
Creámoslo juntos:
La democracia sin mujeres está incompleta.
La paz sin mujeres es frágil.
Y la libertad sin mujeres no será libertad.
Mujer, Vida, Libertad — este es el lema nacido en las calles de Irán, pero que hoy se ha convertido en el idioma compartido de todos los pueblos amantes de la libertad en el mundo.

Madrid, September 29, 2025 — On Monday, September 29, at 18:00, the Iván de Vargas Municipal Library in Madrid hosted a public event marking the third anniversary of the “Woman, Life, Freedom” movement, a historic struggle that began in Iran and has since inspired women and men worldwide.
The commemoration highlighted the ongoing resistance of the Iranian people—led by women—against the ruling Islamist theocracy, and their pursuit of equality, freedom, and a secular democracy.
Narges Mohammadi, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate 2023, addressed the audience live from her apartment in Tehran. In her speech, she paid tribute to the courage of women in Iran and across the Middle East who continue to lead the fight for justice, dignity, and democracy, despite years of imprisonment, repression, and censorship.

Dear friends, honorable people of Spain,
Today it is a great honor for me to speak among you. As a human rights activist and defender of peace who has spent 10 years of my life imprisoned in the jails of the Islamic Republic Regime for my beliefs and activities, I want to share with you a story, the story of women who, in Iran and across the region, have risen up for freedom and human dignity.
The glorious movement of “Woman, Life, Freedom”, which ignited after the state killing of Mahsa (Jina) Amini, is not merely a social uprising but a cultural and human revolution. This movement showed that women in Iran have refused to remain spectators of history; they are its makers. Women who have stood in the streets, universities, factories, and even inside prisons have cried out that freedom is an inherent human right, a struggle that has been ongoing for 46 years.
The role of women in the path toward democracy in Iran and the region is irreplaceable. They have always been the first targets and the ones who bear the heaviest costs of tyranny, war, and discrimination. Women have been among the first to raise the banner of resistance, struggle, and the quest for freedom. From Táhirih Qurrat al-Ayn to Qamar-ol-Molouk Vaziri, from Homa Darabi to Mahsa Amini, Ahoo Daryaei, Parastoo Ahmadi, women in Iran are fighting not only for their own rights but for a just and equal society for all.
Dear people of Spain,
You too have lived through such days in your own history. Your struggle against Franco’s dictatorship, the resistance of women during the Civil War, and your tireless efforts for the transition to democracy have inspired all nations fighting for freedom. Just as Spanish women in the twentieth century stood at the frontlines against fascism and on the path to democracy, today Iranian women, with empty hands but hearts full of hope and faith, are confronting tyranny and discrimination.
Let’s not forget that peace and freedom can only endure when women, as half of society, have an active presence in power and decision-making.
The “Woman, Life, Freedom” movement carries a universal message about our shared future, a future in which no girl is killed because of what she is wearing or what she believes in, no mother is imprisoned for demanding justice, and no nation is stripped of human dignity by tyranny.
My friends in Spain, I ask you to be the voice of the voiceless women in Iran who the authoritarian regime seeks to silence but that grows stronger every day. As I speak to you now, my sisters, who devoted their lives to fighting for freedom and equality, are held in the most notorious prisons of the Islamic Republic, under the most inhumane conditions. Just last week, the death of Somayeh Rashidi, a political prisoner in Qarchak Prison due to medical neglect broke all our hearts.
Just as you once gave each other hope in the darkest moments of your own history, today you, too, can keep hope alive for the women and men of Iran through your solidarity and support. They have risen to break free from religious tyranny and to build democracy and equality, opportunities for all, regardless of gender, belief, or ethnicity.
Hear the voices of the women who cry out for freedom from inside the darkest prisons of the Islamic Republic, and be their voice.
Believe this : Democracy without women’s rights is incomplete. Peace without women’s rights is fragile. Freedom without women’s rights is not freedom.
Woman, Life, Freedom, the slogan born from the streets of Iran, has become the shared language of all freedom-loving nations of the world.

سخنرانی نرگس محمدی در سومین سالگرد «زن، زندگی، آزادی» در مادرید
مادرید، ۷ مهر ۱۴۰۴ — عصر دوشنبه ۷ مهر کتابخانه عمومی ایوان دِ وارگاس در مادرید میزبان مراسمی به مناسبت سومین سالگرد جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» بود؛ جنبشی که از ایران آغاز شد و الهامبخش زنان و مردان در سراسر جهان گشته است. این مراسم بر مقاومت مردم ایران، بهویژه زنان، در برابر استبداد مذهبی حاکم و تلاش آنان برای برابری، آزادی و دموکراسی سکولار تمرکز داشت. نرگس محمدی، برنده جایزه صلح نوبل ۲۰۲۳، بهصورت زنده از تهران سخنرانی کرد و با ادای احترام به شجاعت زنان ایران و منطقه بر تداوم مبارزه آنان برای عدالت، کرامت و دموکراسی با وجود سالها زندان، سرکوب و سانسور تاکید نمود.
در این برنامه همچنین دکتر ماجده بزرگی، دبیر انجمن ایرانی طرفدار حقوق بشر در اسپانیا، درباره آینده حقوق زنان در ایران سخن گفت؛ بئاتریز مارتوس ورگارا، نماینده عفو بینالملل اسپانیا، وضعیت حقوق بشر در ایران را بررسی کرد؛ و حمید حسینی، سخنگوی انجمن AIPDHE، به بازخوانی جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» پیش و پس از خیزش پرداخت. این مراسم با اجرای کارلوس اولایا، بازیگر و نویسنده، و به همت انجمن ایرانی طرفدار حقوق بشر در اسپانیا با همکاری عفو بینالملل اسپانیا و کتابخانههای عمومی شهرداری مادرید برگزار شد.

دوستان عزیز، مردم شریف اسپانیا،
امروز برای من افتخار بزرگی است که در میان شما سخن میگویم. من بهعنوان یک فعال حقوق بشر و مدافع صلح که بیش از ۱۰ سال از عمرم را در زندانهای جمهوری اسلامی بهخاطر باورها و فعالیتهایم محبوس بودهام، میخواهم روایتی را با شما در میان بگذارم؛ روایت زنانی که در ایران و سراسر این منطقه برای آزادی و کرامت انسانی به پا خاستهاند.
جنبش باشکوه «زن، زندگی، آزادی» که پس از قتل حکومتی مهسا (ژینا) امینی شعلهور شد، نه فقط یک خیزش اجتماعی، بلکه یک انقلاب فرهنگی و انسانی است. این جنبش نشان داد که زنان در ایران نخواسته اند که تماشاگر تاریخ باشند؛ آنها خود تاریخسازند. زنانی که در خیابانها، دانشگاهها، کارخانهها و حتی درون زندانها ایستاده اند و فریاد زده اند که آزادی، حق ذاتی انسان است. مبارزه ای که ۴۶ سال در جریان است.
نقش زنان در مسیر دموکراسی در ایران و منطقه بیبدیل است. زیرا آنها همواره نخستین هدف و هزینه پردازان استبداد، جنگ و تبعیض بودهاند و و وضعیت زنان رسوب تمام تاریخ تبعیض و ستم در جامعه ما را به نمایش می گذارد. از این رو زنان همواره جزئ نخستین کسانی بودهاند که پرچم مقاومت و مبارزه و آزادی خواهی را برافراشتهاند. از طاهره قرةالعین تا قمر الملوک وزیری، از هما دارابی تا مهسا امینی تا اهو دریایی و پرستو احمدی و … زنان در ایران امروز نه فقط برای حقوق خود، بلکه برای جامعهای برابر و عادلانه برای همه مردم مبارزه میکنند.
مردم عزیز اسپانیا،
شما نیز در تاریخ خود چنین روزهایی را تجربه کردهاید. مبارزات شما علیه دیکتاتوری فرانکو، مقاومت زنان در دوران جنگ داخلی و تلاشهای بیوقفهتان برای گذار به دموکراسی، الهامبخش همه ملتهایی است که برای آزادی و برابری میجنگند. همانطور که زنان اسپانیایی در قرن بیستم در خط مقدم مبارزه با فاشیسم و در مسیر دموکراسی ایستادند، امروز زنان ایران نیز با دستان خالی اما با قلبهایی سرشار از امید و ایمان، با استبداد و تبعیض مبارزه میکنند.
فراموش نکنیم که صلح و آزادی تنها زمانی پایدار میشوند که زنان بهعنوان نیمی از جامعه، در ساختار قدرت و تصمیمگیری حضور فعال داشته باشند. همچون جبهه مبارزه علیه فاشیسم در جنگ داخلی اسپانیا در قرن بیستم، جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» نیز برای امروز پیام جهانی دارد: این جنبش تنها درباره ایران نیست، بلکه درباره آینده مشترک همه ماست؛ آیندهای که در آن هیچ دختری بهخاطر پوشش یا عقیدهاش کشته نمیشود، هیچ مادری بهخاطر عدالتخواهی به زندان نمیافتد، و هیچ ملتی بهخاطر استبداد از کرامت انسانی محروم نمیماند.
از شما، مردم اسپانیا، میخواهم که صدای زنان ایران باشید؛ صدایی که حکومت استبدادی میکوشد خاموش کند، اما هر روز رساتر میشود. همین امروز که با شما صحبت می کنم خواهران آزادیخواه و برابری طلب من در مخوف ترین زندان جمهوری اسلامی در غیرانسانی ترین شرایط نگهداری می شوند و هفته گذشته مرگ یکی از آنها در اثر قصور پزشکی قلب همه ما را جریحه دار کرد. همانطور که شما در دوران سخت تاریخ خود به همدیگر امید دادید، امروز هم میتوانید با همبستگی و حمایت، امید را برای زنان و مردان ایران زنده نگه دارید. زنان و مردانی که برای گذار از استبداد دینی به دموکراسی و برابری در فرصت ها فارغ از جنسیت، باور، و قومیت به پا خاسته اند. به صدای آزادی خواهی زنان از داخل مخوف ترین زندان های جمهوری اسلامی گوش کنید و صدای آنها باشید
باور کنیم
دموکراسی بدون زنان، ناقص است.
صلح بدون زنان، شکننده است.
و آزادی بدون زنان، آزادی نخواهد بود.
زن، زندگی، آزادی، این شعاری است که از خیابانهای ایران برخاسته، اما امروز به زبان مشترک همه ملتهای آزادیخواه جهان بدل شده است.
